Launched two years ago, Parkers Prestige Homes was created to deliver an exclusive, tailored service for sellers of high-value and complex homes. We now want an experienced, driven property professional to lead and grow this proposition across West Berkshire, Hampshire & Oxfordshire.
🏡 The Opportunity
- Lead our Prestige offering across 8 established offices (Newbury, Pangbourne, Tilehurst, Burghfield, Tadley, Spencers Wood, Theale & soon Basingstoke)
- Self-generate and win high-value instructions
- Act as the figurehead for Prestige across our patch
- Work autonomously with full support from local Directors
- Build and lead a dedicated Prestige team
- Leverage a strong brand and an excellent in-house marketing team
👤 About You
- Proven track record in prestige / high-value residential property
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and delivery-focused
- Strong at business development and relationship building
- Comfortable working independently and thinking strategically
- Ambitious and excited by the chance to build something long-term
