Parkers Blue Light – Terms & Conditions

Parkers Blue Light Discount

The Parkers Blue Light Card Offer is available to customers who hold a valid Blue Light Card at the time of instruction.

Eligible Blue Light Card holders can receive a £250 discount when instructing a participating Parkers office to: sell their property; or let and fully manage their rental property.

A valid Blue Light Card must be presented to the relevant Parkers office to claim the offer. Parkers reserves the right to request evidence of a valid membership before applying the discount.

Customers must inform Parkers that they wish to claim the Blue Light Card discount at the time the valuation or landlord appointment is booked.

For property sales, the £250 discount will be deducted from the estate agency fee payable to Parkers on successful completion of the sale.

For lettings, the £250 discount will be applied against the fees payable to Parkers in connection with the qualifying fully managed service. The property must be instructed on a fully managed basis to qualify.

The offer applies to new instructions only. The Blue Light Card discount must be declared when the valuation or landlord appointment is booked and cannot be applied retrospectively.

The offer is limited to one £250 discount per qualifying property instruction.

The discount has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Parkers discount, promotional offer or previously agreed reduced fee unless otherwise agreed by the participating Parkers office.

The offer is subject to the standard terms and conditions contained within the relevant Parkers agency or management agreement.

Parkers reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time. Any qualifying instruction already formally agreed before the offer is withdrawn will continue to be honoured in accordance with these terms.
