I began my career in the property industry back in 1998 as a trainee negotiator in our Reading branch. From day one, I developed a strong passion for estate agency, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing both personally and professionally within the industry.
In 2019, the opportunity to become a business owner arose, and I was thrilled to partner with Simon. Together, we’ve launched and developed several successful Parkers offices across the region, covering the area between Reading and Newbury. Our shared vision and drive have been key to this expansion.
At the heart of our business is a commitment to offering a truly personal and bespoke service to every client. While we embrace the latest in property marketing technology, we also stay true to the core values and techniques that have consistently delivered results over the years. This balanced approach has helped our network of offices become market leaders in their respective areas.
Community is a big part of who we are. I strongly believe in supporting and engaging with the local areas we serve—being part of the community is vital to building trust and long-term relationships.
I remain closely involved in the day-to-day running of our offices, regularly visiting teams to provide support and ensure we maintain the highest standards of service. I enjoy meeting clients, conducting property valuations, advising on marketing strategies, and helping people find their perfect home. I also manage the financial operations across all offices and continually look for new ways to improve our business through innovation and technology.
What I find most rewarding is seeing the joy on the faces of buyers and tenants when they receive the keys to their new home. It’s a reminder of why I love what I do.
While I’m deeply passionate about my work, my family will always come first. I’m lucky to have a supportive wife and two wonderful children who’ve stood by me throughout my journey. When we’re together, we make every moment count.
