I originally joined the Lettings department in 2019 as a property manager. Initially my role was to look after the maintenance for our properties within the Burghfield Common and Tadley areas, predominantly learning the role whilst my knowledge grew within the lettings industry.
I have since passed my ARLA exams, being a recognised industry qualification.
As our Tilehurst office portfolio continued to expand & with my letting’s knowledge growing I was assigned to help look after the Tilehurst area, making sure that our landlords and tenants continued to receive the highest level of service expected in respect of any property issues and carrying out property inspections where possible.
Once a tenant moves in to a property, I will become their dedicated property manager, liaising between landlords & contractors handling any maintenance issues they may have throughout the term of their tenancy in a timely and efficient manner.
Should tenants decide to stay as a tenancy agreement ends, I will also prepare and execute a tenancy renewal.
Furthermore, I will arrange Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Proficiency Certificates (EPC) and Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR) prior to a tenant moving in as well as sending them their move-in paperwork and their Check-Out report, once they decide to move on.
I have recently returned from maternity leave having had my daughter Hope, with my partner Kai and son Theo. As a family we live in Theale, and we all love the village environment.
As such, I will now use my five years’ experience to manage the Theale portfolio, offering the same focus & dedication that is expected.
In my spare time I enjoy exercising, going out to restaurants and spending quality time with friends and family.
